When we say “Inflaite,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms, we mean Inflaite LLC, a Utah limited liability company. When we say “the Site,” we mean the website at inflaite.com.

We may update these Terms in the future. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

What the Site is

The Site is provided for general informational purposes about Inflaite and its products. The Site does not host accounts, transactions, forms, or services. Information presented on the Site is informational only and does not constitute a contract, an offer, or a representation about any product or service.

Inflaite’s products

Inflaite operates separate products, currently gLOGGED and gLIVED. Those products have their own terms of service published on their respective websites. These Terms apply only to the inflaite.com Site, not to those products.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

1. Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
2. Interfere with the operation of the Site, including by introducing malware, attempting unauthorized access, or scraping the Site in excess of reasonable rate limits.
3. Impersonate Inflaite, or misrepresent your relationship to Inflaite, in any communication or material derived from the Site.

Intellectual property

The Site and all of its content — including the Inflaite name and logo, the gLOGGED and gLIVED names and logos, and the underlying HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, and visual design — are the property of Inflaite LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property law.

You may view the Site for normal personal and informational use. You may not duplicate, copy, redistribute, or reuse any portion of the Site or its assets without prior written permission from Inflaite. You may not use the Inflaite, gLOGGED, or gLIVED logos or names for promotional or commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
