Privacy Policy

The privacy of your data is important to us. This policy describes what information Inflaite handles in connection with this website, how we handle it, and your rights.

When we say “Inflaite,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy, we mean Inflaite LLC, a Utah limited liability company. When we say “the Site,” we mean the website at inflaite.com. When we say “you” or “your,” we mean visitors to the Site.

This policy applies only to the Site. Inflaite operates separate products — currently gLOGGED and gLIVED — which have their own privacy practices published on their respective websites. This policy does not cover information collected by those products.

What we collect on the Site

The Site is purely informational. We do not collect personal information from visitors through the Site. Specifically, the Site:

  • Does not run web analytics.
  • Does not set cookies of any kind.
  • Does not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or other identification techniques.
  • Does not host a contact form, account system, comment system, newsletter signup, or any other input form.
  • Does not embed third-party widgets that load remote content (no embedded video, social buttons, chat widgets, or similar).

Your web browser transmits standard request information to our hosting infrastructure (currently provided by Amazon Web Services in the United States) as part of normal HTTP communication — such as your IP address, the page you requested, your browser version, and a timestamp. We do not log, retain, or analyze this information beyond what is needed to serve the page and operate the Site.

When you contact us by email

If you choose to email contact@inflaite.com, we will receive your email address along with the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and we keep it as a record of correspondence in case you reach out again. We do not add your email to any mailing list, share it with third parties, or use it for marketing.

Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent, share, or trade information with third parties. The only exception is when we are required to disclose information by law (for example, in response to a valid legal process).

Your rights

We aim to honor the same data rights for all visitors regardless of location. If you have corresponded with us by email, you have:

  • Right to know what information we hold about you.
  • Right to access that information.
  • Right to correction of any inaccurate information.
  • Right to erasure — to ask us to delete the information we hold about you.
  • Right to non-discrimination — exercising these rights will not cause us to treat you differently.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@inflaite.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and describe what you would like us to do. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) gives you the rights described above. If you are a resident of the European Union or United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR” or “UK GDPR”) gives you similar rights.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children through the Site.

Location of site and data

Inflaite is a U.S. company located in Utah, and the Site is hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that any email correspondence you send us will be received and stored in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as needed. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Significant changes will be noted clearly.
